Your duties will encompass assisting clients, addressing concerns, and supporting various initiatives aimed at improving the overall client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding client service by welcoming clients, responding to inquiries, and assisting with their requirements.
  • Manage client interactions across various platforms, including face-to-face, telephone, and electronic communication, ensuring timely and effective responses.
  • Address client grievances and issues with professionalism and understanding, striving to resolve challenges efficiently.
  • Gather and evaluate client feedback to pinpoint areas for enhancement and contribute to the elevation of the overall client experience.
  • Assist in organizing and executing client-focused events and promotions.
  • Support the formulation and execution of client experience strategies and initiatives.
  • Maintain current knowledge of our offerings, services, and events to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent service quality and support organizational objectives.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to client interactions, including data entry and documentation.

  • Prior experience in a client service or client experience role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with client service software and point-of-sale systems is advantageous.

  • Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
