Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist clients with their inquiries, delivering friendly and knowledgeable service.
  • Address client issues and complaints swiftly and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Support sales transactions, returns, and exchanges, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
  • Assist in implementing client feedback initiatives to enhance service quality.
  • Stay informed about product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Support in-store events and promotions to enrich the client experience.
