Position Overview:
In the role of Client Care Specialist within The Superior Healthcare Group's Complex Care Division, you will collaborate with a team of skilled coordinators and manage your own portfolio of clients.

Your work schedule will consist of 37.5 hours per week, where you will engage with clients, their families, caregivers, and the broader coordination team to fulfill the care requirements of our clients.

We are committed to your professional growth. Our Senior Care Coordinator will provide comprehensive support to ensure you are well-equipped to deliver high-quality, safe, and compassionate care. The starting salary for this position is £25,200, which will increase to £28,350 upon successful completion of your probationary period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a representative of the company, embodying Superior Healthcare's core values.
  • Manage specific client relationships and ensure excellent rapport with them.
  • Collaborate with staff to foster effective employer-employee dynamics, minimizing legal risks.
  • Proactively handle daily operations while maintaining exceptional standards in communication and event management.
  • Contribute significantly to the implementation and maintenance of Superior Healthcare's quality assurance program, ensuring adherence to policies and safeguarding protocols while promptly addressing any issues that arise.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in Care Coordination.
  • A genuine passion for working in a caring environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a larger team.
  • Attentive and responsive to the needs of clients and caregivers.
  • Strong oral and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
