POSITION OVERVIEW:

An exciting opportunity has emerged for an Onboarding Analyst at DF Capital. This is an ideal moment to become part of our team as we aim to support the ongoing expansion of our organization.

In the role of Onboarding Associate, you will collaborate closely with the Financial Crime Manager to ensure efficient yet secure onboarding processes, along with the continuous monitoring and management of our commercial and retail clientele. If you are a confident, personable, and diligent individual with a background in onboarding, KYC, or AML, this position is tailored for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting initial assessments of both commercial and retail clients to generate customer risk profiles.
  • Preparing, distributing, and validating essential legal documentation prior to onboarding.
  • Updating and managing customer information in accordance with internal protocols.
  • Monitoring transactions effectively.
  • Collaborating with and managing internal stakeholders to ensure favorable customer outcomes.
  • Assisting the Financial Crime Manager in workflow management and producing management information.
  • Driving process enhancements and aiding in the management and revision of internal procedural documents.
  • Meeting Service Level Agreements as established by the Financial Crime Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience Requirements:

  • Knowledge or experience in onboarding, KYC, or AML within a financial services context is preferred.
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • A degree is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with customer screening, transaction monitoring, or other specialized financial crime software is highly advantageous.
