POSITION OVERVIEW:

An exciting opportunity has emerged for an Onboarding Analyst at DF Capital. This role is pivotal as we aim to support the ongoing growth of our organization.

In this position, you will collaborate closely with the Financial Crime Manager to ensure efficient and secure onboarding processes, as well as the continuous monitoring and management of our commercial and retail clientele. Ideal candidates will be confident, personable, and dedicated individuals with experience in onboarding, KYC, and AML practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting initial assessments of both commercial and retail clients to generate customer risk profiles.
  • Preparing, distributing, and validating essential legal documentation prior to onboarding.
  • Updating and managing customer information in accordance with internal protocols.
  • Monitoring transactions effectively.
  • Collaborating with and managing internal stakeholders to ensure favorable customer outcomes.
  • Assisting the Financial Crime Manager in managing workflow and generating management information.
  • Driving process enhancements and aiding in the maintenance and updating of internal procedural documents.
  • Meeting service level agreements as outlined by the Financial Crime Manager.

Essential qualifications include:

  • Knowledge or experience in onboarding, KYC, or AML within a financial services context.
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • Preferably a degree in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with customer screening, transaction monitoring, or specialized financial crime software is highly advantageous.
