Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Onboarding Specialist to join our team at Portfolio Payroll Limited. As a Payroll Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for rolling out new payroll software to prospective clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Roll out the new payroll software to prospective clients and customers
  • Support each new client throughout the stages of rollout, including parallel runs, implementation, and being a helping hand to the businesses
  • Deal with any issues that may arise during the rollout process

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a similar role, selling software (ADP/Zellis highly desirable)
  • Implementation and project experience (parallel runs)
  • Comfortable in speaking with new customers and clients
  • Good payroll knowledge to support those with queries

What We Offer:

  • Up to £18 per hour
  • Full-time office work
  • Strong potential for the role to go permanent
