POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are currently seeking an Onboarding Analyst to join our team. This role presents a unique opportunity to play a vital part in our company's growth.

As an Onboarding Analyst, you will collaborate closely with the Financial Crime Manager to ensure efficient and secure onboarding processes for our commercial and retail clients. The ideal candidate will be confident, personable, and diligent, with a background in onboarding, KYC, or AML.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting initial assessments of commercial and retail clients to create risk profiles.
  • Preparing, distributing, and validating necessary legal documentation prior to onboarding.
  • Updating and managing client information in accordance with internal protocols.
  • Monitoring transactions effectively.
  • Collaborating with various internal stakeholders to ensure favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Assisting the Financial Crime Manager in managing workflows and generating management information.
  • Driving process enhancements and maintaining internal procedural documentation.
  • Meeting service level agreements as established by the Financial Crime Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge or experience in onboarding, KYC, or AML within a financial services context.
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Preferably a degree in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with customer screening, transaction monitoring, or specialized financial crime software is advantageous.
