We are seeking skilled Electrical Integration Technicians to join our dynamic production team focused on advanced military vehicle systems.

TEAM ENVIRONMENT

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute scheduled and emergency maintenance, refurbishment, and repair on various electrical systems and equipment.
- Possess qualifications and experience in electrical theory and principles.
- Utilize a diverse array of hand tools and equipment for the installation and testing of electrical components and systems.
- Experience with armored vehicle systems is advantageous.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team, occasionally performing mechanical tasks as needed.
- Understand project timelines and work towards established objectives.
- Uphold the importance of meeting time, cost, and quality standards, consistently striving to exceed expectations.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
- Interpret technical schematics and drawings to comprehend specifications, tolerances, and materials necessary for tasks.
- Prepare technical documentation and support quality assurance initiatives as required.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies, taking proactive measures to safeguard the workplace and its personnel.
- Maintain a clean and efficient workspace in line with organizational standards while following a defined production schedule.
- Verify the quality of your work, ensuring traceability through self-certification of production documentation (e.g., test instructions, reports).
- Perform lifting and crane operations in accordance with safety protocols (training will be provided if necessary).
- Assist logistics in the movement, delivery, and inspection of parts and materials as needed.
- Comply with the company’s code of conduct and undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Level 3 qualification in Electrical Automotive or equivalent experience as an apprentice-trained electrician, demonstrating adaptability and reliability with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in installing systems and diagnosing failures using electrical block wiring diagrams and schematics.
- Experience in assembly within electrical, mechanical engineering, or production settings in a related industry.
- Knowledge of automotive electrical systems, including 12/24v DC systems.
- Familiarity with vehicle electrical harness installations and data bus and fiber optics systems is a plus.
- Competent in using computer diagnostic tools and software.
- Ability to read and interpret specifications, technical drawings, and work instructions for complex components.
- Understanding of quality control processes within a production environment.
- Capable of working with minimal supervision, both as part of a team and independently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to share knowledge within a high-performing team.
