Job Summary:

RBW Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for managing a small team and overseeing the quality assurance process across all European facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team of quality professionals in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure consistency and efficiency in quality processes.
  • Conduct audits and investigations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of the business.
  • Provide training and coaching to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a QA capacity, working in a GMP environment.
  • Aseptic experience is beneficial, but non-sterile environments will also be considered.
  • Leadership and management experience is preferred.
  • Strong hands-on experience of a range of quality activities, especially in relation to QMS oversight.
  • Auditing experience essential – if you have been a lead auditor, this would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge and experience of validation activities.
