Key Responsibilities- Supplier Management: Source and engage appropriate suppliers, manage RFI / RFQ documentation, and oversee the operation of the Dispatch Note system to ensure authorized releases of goods.
- Purchasing Guidance: Provide technical purchasing guidance and direction to other divisions and personnel within the Company.
- Cost Optimization: Identify and deliver cost-down opportunities with incumbent and new suppliers, ensuring quality, service, and performance metrics are maintained.
- Supply Chain Management: Periodically review the current supplier base, identify opportunities for improvement and consolidation, and establish contingency plans for business continuity.
