Job Description:

Forseven is rethinking the automotive industry through innovative technologies and engineering excellence. We're seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to join our rapidly growing team, responsible for analysing and capturing business requirements across Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain.

This pivotal role will operate in a hybrid capacity from our offices in the UK. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside visionary minds in the automotive field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Business Process owners and Subject Matter experts to develop and optimise end-to-end business processes, integrating ERP systems and ensuring effective third-party system integration with contract manufacturers.
  • Translate requirements into viable process solutions in SAP 4 Hana & other systems, aligned with the business strategy and goals.
  • Lead the alignment of cross-functional teams, ensuring cohesive development and enhancement of IT solutions, and driving collaboration between internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Provide comprehensive functional support and ownership of ERP systems, ensuring all modules meet the evolving needs of the business.
  • Manage documentation, training materials, and user guides for all integrated systems, ensuring consistent and accurate information is available across teams.

Requirements:

  • Analytical skills to evaluate complex business problems and design effective solutions.
  • Good understanding of IT processes to support Finance, Procurement, and Manufacturing processes.
  • Able to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders and facilitate discussions between diverse teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating clear documentation and facilitating stakeholder workshops.
  • Experience of working with a broad range of stakeholders across multiple locations.
  • Experience of using business analysis practices to support change delivery.
