About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Patient Services Coordinator to join our team at Durlston Ward, Poole Hospital. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of patient care by managing meal orders, beverage supplies, and maintaining accurate records.

Your Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage patient meal orders, ensuring timely delivery and dietary requirements are met.
  • Maintain adequate stock levels of beverages and catering supplies, replenishing as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with nursing staff to record fluid intake for patients under monitoring.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.

About You

We are looking for an individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills. You should have a genuine passion for providing compassionate care and a commitment to working as part of a team.

Experience in a customer service role within a healthcare setting is desirable, along with a basic understanding of nutritional needs and patient recovery.
