Key Responsibilities:

  • Present menus, take patient orders, and assist with dietary and allergen inquiries.
  • Prepare and serve refreshments and meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
  • Maintain cleanliness in ward areas and ensure the kitchen is ready for the next service.
  • Collaborate with ward staff to meet patients' needs promptly.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by prioritizing patient satisfaction.
  • Maintain awareness of food hygiene standards.
  • Demonstrate a passion for patient care, effectively communicating with patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals.
  • Work efficiently under pressure, both independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet business needs.
  • Be comfortable in a healthcare environment, understanding that you may encounter patients in various states of health.
  • No prior experience as a Patient Care Assistant is necessary; what matters most is your dedication to your role and a willingness to learn.
