Position Overview

North Highland stands as a premier consultancy specializing in change and transformation. We are seeking a dynamic Associate Vice President - Retail & CPG to lead our growth initiatives within this vital sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the acquisition and expansion of targeted Retail & CPG accounts, ensuring exceptional delivery quality and client satisfaction.
  • Continuously assess and mitigate client risks to foster strong, lasting relationships.
  • Craft and implement targeted strategies that facilitate new account acquisition and growth.
  • Oversee client investments and manage a diverse portfolio to achieve or surpass margin expectations.
  • Establish yourself as a thought leader in the Retail & CPG space by engaging in professional networks, speaking opportunities, and community involvement.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 10 years in professional services, currently holding a senior leadership or executive role.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing multi-million dollar growth strategies across the retail and consumer goods sectors.
  • Expertise in collaborating with senior executives in Digital & Technology, particularly in Digital Transformation and Workforce Optimization.
  • A successful track record in leading complex consulting projects and nurturing relationships with high-level client executives.
  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required; a master’s degree or relevant certifications are advantageous.
