About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Concierge to join our team at Portico Corporate Reception Management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-end customer service to clients and their guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Manage and coordinate various tasks and duties, including but not limited to, concierge services, administrative tasks, and maintenance requests.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a luxury or high-end environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
