About the Position: Are you committed to providing outstanding customer service? We are in search of a reliable and professional Night Concierge to become part of a remarkable team at a distinguished Build to Rent property in Elephant and Castle. This upscale residential complex requires a commitment to excellence in service, and we seek an individual who can create a warm, inviting, and secure atmosphere for residents.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service to residents, ensuring their requests are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Oversee and regulate access to the premises, guaranteeing the safety and security of all residents.
  • Manage resident inquiries, bookings, and requests, maintaining a high standard of customer service at all times.
  • Conduct routine patrols of the property to ensure all areas are secure and safe.
  • Coordinate and manage deliveries, including packages and special requests.
  • Uphold the cleanliness and presentation of the front-of-house areas.
  • Assist in emergency situations, adhering to protocols to ensure resident safety.

Qualifications We Seek:

  • Prior experience in a concierge or customer-facing role, preferably within a luxury residential setting.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
  • Familiarity with security systems and protocols is a plus.
  • Willingness to work the 4 on 4 off shift pattern, including weekends and holidays.
