Job Title: Field Sales Manager

Job Summary:
Mana Resourcing Ltd is seeking an experienced Field Sales Manager to lead a team of Field Sales Executives in the Southeast region. The successful candidate will be responsible for people management, recruitment, sales training, and performance management of the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Field Sales Executives across a defined geographical area.
  • Recruit, induct, and train new team members.
  • Develop and manage the performance of Field Sales Consultants.
  • Ensure team members are skilled in generating new business and closing appointments.
  • Conduct quarterly one-on-one reviews with team members to discuss performance, training needs, and sales goals.

Requirements:
  • Significant experience in leading a team of field salespeople in a business-to-business environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Proven ability to sell to different audiences, including business owners, directors, and HR Managers.
  • Commercial acumen with experience in winning new business and retaining customers.
