Office Customer Service Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Completing outbound calls to healthcare providers to discuss prescription collection
- Updating internal systems and operating Excel documents
- Checking databases to locate prescription receipt information
- Meeting high call volume targets with support and feedback
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in an office environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high call volumes
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Excel
