Job Description

**Job Title:** Curriculum Support Assistant

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Curriculum Support Assistant to provide administrative support to our Curriculum Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Maintain Effective Links: Establish and maintain effective relationships with Curriculum areas and other Business support areas, such as Registry, Quality, and Business Development.
  • Contribute to Data Accuracy: Assist in the preparation and confirmation of accurate data to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Quality Documentation: Contribute to achieving consistency in the quality of documentation used both internally and externally.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to Professional Tutors, as agreed by Line Managers.
  • Diary Management: Maintain Line Managers' diaries, arranging appointments, organizing meetings, and scheduling internal and external visitors.
  • Document Production: Assist in the production of letters, emails, reports, minutes, and agendas, ensuring all documents are produced in-house style.
  • Telephone Management: Manage the flow of inbound and outbound telephone calls for Line Managers, ensuring high-quality responses in a timely manner.
  • Meeting Coordination: Assist in the coordination and administration of meetings and associated papers.
  • Student Disciplinary Meetings: Organize student disciplinary meetings as required and follow up on associated student paperwork.
  • Filing and Archiving: Maintain filing and archiving systems, photocopy, fax, and scan documents as necessary.
  • Stationery and Consumables: Monitor the stock of stationery and consumables and order/replace supplies as required.
  • Student Absence: Report student absence and summarize for Curriculum Line Managers.
  • Mail Distribution: Distribute internal and external mail as required.
