About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Coordinator to join our team at Cygnet River View. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with neuropsychiatric or neurodegenerative conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the management team in the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring duties are allocated effectively and safely.
  • Provide enhanced care with a flexible learning approach, promoting independence and empowerment for individuals in our care.
  • Offer guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support, learning about individuals' specific needs and providing help in the most appropriate way.
  • Assist with medical and welfare needs, reporting as required, and maintaining a safe and clean environment for all.
