Key Responsibilities

As a Substance Misuse Care Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating transitions to specialized services when necessary.
  • Providing expert guidance on drug and alcohol-related health issues.

  • Maintaining a manageable caseload while coordinating with other relevant agencies.
