Key Responsibilities

  • Administrating and processing new patient leads and bookings
  • Supporting patients through their patient journey and assisting the Treatment Coordinator
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive patient experience
  • Working collaboratively with the treatment team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role or in a customer-facing environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
