Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and processing new patient leads and bookings, supporting patients through their treatment journey, and assisting the Treatment Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrating and processing new patient leads and bookings
  • Supporting patients through their treatment journey
  • Assisting the Treatment Coordinator
  • Providing exceptional standards of care and customer service

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator or Patient Care Advisor
  • Sales experience gained in a customer-facing environment
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to build great relationships with patients and colleagues
