Key Responsibilities

  • Administrating and processing new patient leads and bookings
  • Supporting patients through their patient journey and assisting the Treatment Coordinator
  • Providing exceptional standards of care and building great relationships with patients and colleagues

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator or Patient Care Advisor
  • Sales experience gained in a customer-facing environment
  • A positive attitude, empathy, and the ability to communicate well with patients and colleagues
