We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to lead our construction site team in Suffolk.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in the build industry, with a proven track record of managing site teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the site team to achieve project goals and objectives
- Supervise and mentor site staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively
- Coordinate trades and subcontractors to ensure efficient and safe working practices
- Prepare and review project schedules, budgets, and risk assessments to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies
- Manage and maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports and site diaries
Requirements:
- Strong background in the build industry
- CSCS site manager qualified
- First Aid
- Valid Full UK Driving Licence
