Key Responsibilities:

* Scrutinize rent accounts for accuracy and seek approval for rent adjustments as needed
* Provide specialist support and guidance to teams on benefit and welfare support updates
* Manage legal actions to minimize risk and financial loss
* Monitor a small caseload of semi-independent accommodation stock

Requirements:

* Proven experience of effective rent collection performance
* Ability to manage and prioritize a busy workload
* Understanding of legislative framework relating to housing management and welfare benefits
* Experience of strong partnership working and management agreement arrangements
* Ability to provide senior support and coaching to team members
