About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retirement 55+ community. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service to our residents, resolving and answering resident queries and complaints, reporting maintenance issues, and conducting compliance checks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and resolve resident complaints and issues, working closely with the maintenance team to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Conduct regular compliance checks to ensure that our community meets all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, staff, and external partners to ensure a positive and supportive community environment.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure that all maintenance issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, staff, and external partners.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, with the ability to conduct compliance checks and ensure that our community meets all relevant requirements.
