About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Retirement Community Manager to join our team at Touchstone. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service to our residents, addressing their queries and complaints, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retirement community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their queries and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the community, ensuring that all facilities and services are provided to a high standard.
  • Conduct regular compliance checks to ensure that all residents are aware of and adhering to community policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with residents, staff, and external partners to ensure that the community is a welcoming and inclusive environment for all.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, staff, and external partners.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a community or housing setting.
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
