Position Overview:
As a Technical Services Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the service delivery and technical operations team, ensuring that all processes and tasks are executed efficiently and meet high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the service delivery and technical operations team, providing expertise and acting as the escalation point for support and technical issues.
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance individual and collective growth, competence, and succession planning.
  • Ensure effective service delivery to clients, meeting service levels for timely responses and quality resolutions of issues and projects.
  • Continuously monitor and document recommendations through a formal service delivery plan, including service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and collaborate with senior management on strategies, processes, and procedures.
  • Take a hands-on approach in leading projects and tasks.
  • Oversee accurate inventory tracking, licensing, and asset management.
  • Generate and analyze operational and service performance reports, sharing insights with the Technical Services Team.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients, providing IT leadership and support.

Position Requirements:
  • Business literate with a strong enthusiasm for technology.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Proven experience in leading, mentoring, or managing technical services teams, both in the field and in technical support.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team or independently.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of establishing and maintaining professional relationships with team members and clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional customer service, project management, and quality control skills.
  • Proficient in explaining complex technical issues in a simplified manner to assist customers.
  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience in a relevant field.

Remuneration:
Salary range: £32,000 - £38,000
Working hours: 08:00 - 17:15
