Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Services Manager to join our team at Senitor Associates. As a key member of our internal IT department, you will be responsible for leading the service delivery and technical services team, ensuring efficient and high-quality processes and tasks are carried out.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Service Delivery Team: Oversee the service to customers, ensuring effective service delivery and service levels are met for timely response and quality resolution of problems and projects.
  • Provide Service Expertise: Be the escalation point within the Service Delivery team on support and technical matters, providing guidance and support to team members.
  • Mentor and Coach Staff: Mentor and coach staff to maximize individual and team development, growth, competence, and succession.
  • Oversee Service Delivery Plans: Constantly monitor and document recommendations formally via service delivery plans, including SLAs.
  • Document and Analyze Performance: Maintain documentation and work with the Senior Management team on strategies, processes, and procedures, developing, generating, and analyzing operational and service performance reports.
  • Hands-on Input: Have hands-on input and lead projects/tasks, ensuring accurate inventory tracking, licensing, and asset management.
