Overview:
The IDAM initiative aims to transition the organization's branch user identity and access management to a modern, cloud-based solution.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Test Strategy Development:**
- Formulate a comprehensive testing strategy tailored for the IDAM initiative, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and governance protocols for approval.

2. **Defect Management:**
- Establish and oversee an effective defect management framework to address issues promptly.

3. **Team Coordination:**
- Collaborate with testing teams across various departments to guarantee meticulous testing of all components and integrations of the new IDAM solution, both in isolation and as a complete system.

4. **Testing Leadership:**
- Direct the end-to-end testing processes, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Business Validation Testing (BVT), and security assessments.

5. **Project Familiarization:**
- Quickly assimilate the project's requirements and objectives to ensure effective testing outcomes.

6. **Proactive Testing Approach:**
- Employ a forward-thinking mindset to prioritize testing activities and uncover potential enhancements.

Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of identity and access management systems and API testing methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience in establishing testing frameworks from inception.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, fostering trust and confidence throughout the testing process.
- Innovative approach to testing, with a focus on continuous improvement.
