Job Summary

The British Council is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Day Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of B2B Exams and Projects.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the operational aspects of B2B Exams and Projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Provide technical support to customers and venue staff, resolving issues and escalating concerns as necessary.
  • Manage the registration of exam entries, respond to queries, and provide technical assistance on test day.
  • Undertake bulk uploads, cash reconciliations, and project management tasks to ensure smooth delivery of exam services.
  • Ensure technical compliance of equipment and connectivity at test venues.
  • Plan and prioritize work activities, responding to changing requirements to ensure effective delivery of responsibilities.
  • Support pre-test, test day, and post-test services and procedures.
  • Coordinate with test day operations coordinators on relevant tasks.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • University degree and 2 years of relevant exams operations experience.
  • Experience managing small teams or demonstrating management potential.
  • Ability to prepare and present reports and analysis.
  • Previous experience in exams administration, preferably using IELTS systems.
  • Knowledge of UK Board regulations and processes.
