Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Bureau Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 8 R&D members across three locations, facilitating effective communication and collaboration to ensure project milestones are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management and Coordination:
    • Manage a team of 8 R&D members (data analysts, psychometricians, and psychologists) across three locations.
    • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Product Development and Maintenance:
    • Co-manage with the CEO the development and implementation of psychometric tests and innovations across our platform, referentials, and various HR tools.
    • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT, Data Science, Marcom, and Sales departments, to ensure the successful delivery of assessment products.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols for all assessment-related products.

Requirements

  • Education: Master/undergraduate in psychology.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in psychometrics/HR product development sector and relevant experience in team management.
  • Language: English (fluent), French is a plus.
