Inside IR35 Duration: 6 months. Our organization is looking for an IDAM Testing Manager to become a vital part of our innovative team.
This role involves collaborating with various teams in a multifaceted environment, and you are expected to quickly acclimate to the ongoing projects.
The IDAM initiative aims to transition the user identity and access management to a modern, cloud-based solution.This new solution, similar to the current system, will authenticate users on essential business applications and integrate seamlessly with various systems across the organization.
The project necessitates a Testing Manager to establish the testing framework; orchestrate, oversee, and direct testing activities across the organization; liaise with all pertinent stakeholders both internally and externally; and manage the defect resolution workflow to facilitate the platform's launch.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee comprehensive testing for the new IDAM solution for users.
2. Develop a testing framework and plan for the IDAM initiative, ensuring adequate stakeholder involvement and governance for approvals.
3. Establish and manage an effective defect management process.
4. Coordinate testing teams from the project and across the organization to ensure exhaustive testing of individual components and integrations of the new IDAM solution, both in isolation and as a complete system.
5. Plan and lead the end-to-end, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Business Validation Testing (BVT), and security testing processes.6. Comprehend and navigate the complexities of the system.
7. Rapidly familiarize yourself with the project's requirements.
8. Proactively prioritize testing and identify areas for enhancement.
