Water Project Management - Asset Oversight

We are excited to present an opportunity for a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager to contribute to our dynamic team. This position involves supporting the Scottish Water Framework contract.

Our Project Management division is dedicated to fostering innovative technical solutions and cultivating a positive work atmosphere that encourages professional growth through training and development initiatives.

About The Team:
The RPS Water Consulting team comprises Engineers, Modellers, and Data Analysts focused on Asset Management and Operational Strategy for clients in the Water Industry. We address challenges and opportunities in this rapidly evolving sector through innovation, commitment, and collaboration to fulfill our clients' requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee projects throughout their lifecycle by adhering to the fundamental principles of project management: PLAN, ORGANISE, LEAD & CONTROL Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and management frameworks Leverage expertise while complying with organizational systems and procedures Proactively manage and execute projects within established budgets and timelines

About You:

A degree in a Technical or Construction field is highly valued APM certification or the ability to obtain it within a year is preferred Proficient in project management methodologies and tools Capable of identifying and mitigating project risks Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Skilled in interpreting and responding to project data and trends
