About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Water Asset Management team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and manage project teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver projects successfully.
  • Coordinate and manage stakeholder engagement, including clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the water industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and manage budgets and resources.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
