Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to enhance our team's efforts in fostering collaborative engagement across Change and Enablement initiatives. This role involves curating the change playbook and overseeing our digital collaboration platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate Change and Enablement activities, including events and workshops, to align with the Portfolio Management Routemap.
  • Ensure all relevant documentation is prepared, organized, and disseminated at critical stages of projects.
  • Manage the Change and Enablement Intranet, SharePoint sites, and Teams environment effectively.
  • Assist the Change and Enablement Team with daily planning and scheduling tasks.
  • Utilize the Change and Enablement performance dashboard to monitor and track project activities, ensuring that objectives are met.
  • Identify opportunities for implementing Lean practices and support their execution.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and demonstrate the ability to learn new software quickly.

A keen attention to detail is essential, along with strong communication skills to foster excellent relationships within and outside the Directorate.

A collaborative mindset and a willingness to support team members are crucial for success in this position.

Experience of over 12 months in a Project Coordinator or Administrative Support role within a professional office environment is highly desirable.
