About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Support Team Leader to join our team at Schroders. As a key member of our Financial Planning team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Financial Planners and the Client Support Team in all aspects of their advice process.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Promote the Treating Customers Fairly principles and deliver your own responsibility for the duty of care to our clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the Client Support Team to ensure seamless delivery of client services.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure our services remain competitive and effective.
