Autism Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Autism Support Specialist to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As an Autism Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting students with autism in a dynamic and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized support to students with autism, promoting social skills and confidence.
- Assist teachers in managing behavior and implementing learning strategies.
- Support students with personal care needs and encourage independence.
- Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals involved in student care.
- Contribute to individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintain accurate records of student progress.
- Competitive salary: £21,020 - £22,000 per annum (after probation), including full pay over half terms, bank holidays, and the summer break.
