We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Support Worker to join our Specialist Care Team. As a key member of our team, you will work with individuals who require support with complex needs, such as Autism, learning disability, or mental health.

Our team provides rock-solid training to ensure you have the skills and confidence to support our clients in their own homes. You will work with a highly-trained team to create happy and safe environments, promoting independence and enabling individuals to live happy lives.

As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will work flexible shifts, including days and evenings, to meet the needs of our clients. You will also have a protected day/time off to plan your life.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £11.75 and a guaranteed contract with a minimum of 8 hours per week. You will also receive a work mobile phone and be fully-trained by our in-house team.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have good English, numeracy, and digital skills. You will also need to be flexible and able to work as part of a team. Experience in care is desirable, but full training is provided.

Additional skills required include:

  • Good listening and communication skills
  • Ability to understand and follow policies and procedures
  • Good writing skills to fill in records
