Exciting Opportunity for a Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Professional to join our team at Creative Support, a leading provider of high-quality support services for individuals with learning disabilities and autism.

About the Role

As a Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care and support to our service users, enabling them to enjoy an excellent quality of life. You will work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and involved professionals to ensure a coordinated and consistent service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide respectful personal care, practical, and emotional support to service users
  • Develop and sustain warm and trusting relationships with service users
  • Collaborate with colleagues and professionals to ensure a coordinated service
  • Work flexibly in shifts over the weekend and bank holidays
  • Support service users to participate in daily activities and hobbies
