We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at our supported living service in Morecambe.

As a valued member of our staff team, you will provide person-centred care and support to adults with learning disabilities and autism, enabling them to enjoy an excellent quality of life.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with colleagues, families, and involved professionals to ensure a coordinated and consistent service
  • Providing respectful personal care, practical, and emotional support
  • Developing and sustaining warm and trusting relationships with service users
  • Working flexibly in shifts over the weekend and bank holidays
  • Supporting service users to take part in all aspects of daily life and enjoy a wide range of activities

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality support and is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of our service users.
