About the Role

Welcome to Dreams, a leading provider of high-quality beds and mattresses. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Warehouse Operative to join our Distribution Team.

This exciting opportunity involves playing a key role in ensuring our customers receive their perfect bed smoothly. A full UK driving licence is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Workload Coordination: Coordinate the workload of warehouse operatives to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support for new starters to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure accurate receipt of goods from suppliers and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Vehicle Operations: Supervise safe loading and unloading of vehicles and ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained.
  • Delivery and Documentation: Check deliveries and complete all necessary paperwork to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Productivity and Organization: Achieve daily targets and organize workload to ensure maximum productivity.
  • Warehouse Operations: Assist in warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
  • Vehicle Movement: Move company vehicles within the depot to ensure efficient use of resources.
