About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Rota Coordinator to join our team at the Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Radiology Department, you will be responsible for coordinating the staffing rotas, ensuring that the department's personnel requirements are met.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Rotas Management
  • Develop and implement the radiographic staffing rota 6-weeks ahead, ensuring that the modalities and community sites are appropriately covered.
  • Manage the OOH email inbox to factor in changes for filling the gaps that affect both the weekly & OOH rota.
Staff Management
  • Maintain accurate records in relation to shift cover, special leave and lieu time, in order to ensure the accuracy of Health Roster prior to finalising by the appropriate staff.
  • Manage leave requests and sickness of radiographic staff ensuring accurate records are kept and adequate cover is in place on the rota.
General
  • Participate in mandatory training programmes as and when required.
  • Adhere to all Trust policies.
