Claims Advisor

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a prestigious company in the legal sector. As a Legal Claims Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for new clients, requiring excellent customer service skills and a high level of attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert customer service to clients, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the legal team to ensure seamless communication and efficient processing of claims.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of tasks.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve processes and services.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High level of customer service skills and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
This is a full-time, permanent position, with a 40-hour working week. The initial training period will involve working Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with one hour unpaid break. Following this, the working hours will be organized according to a rota, which will be communicated to you at least one month in advance.
