Job Description

Conferma Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Director to manage Tier 1 Strategic & Global Issuing Partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering business growth and experience in Travel & B2B within the Commercial Cards sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a Partnership Strategy for named Tier 1 Strategic Commercial Issuing Clients to deliver key performance targets.
  • Be the Primary Contact for our Strategic Customers, maintaining clear and effective communication to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Lead the execution of Account Management Governance Processes, including Strategy Workshops and QBRs, Developing Account Plans and Partnership Plans.
Requirements
  • Experience in Account Management with a strong track record of delivering business growth.
  • Experience in Travel & B2B within the Commercial Cards sector.
  • Experience of negotiating and engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Experience in developing and tracking KPIs to measure success of partnerships.
