Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our sales and retail operations in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury retail, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales Growth: Monitor sales performance, motivate the team to achieve sales targets, and develop strategies to increase sales revenue.
- Lead a High-Performing Team: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintaining a high standard of housekeeping.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor information to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Leadership Development: Identify and develop high-potential staff to build a strong talent pipeline for the company.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of relevant working experience with at least 5 years at managerial level in a luxury goods or high-end retailer.
- Target-oriented and client-focused.
- Strategic thinking, well-organized, and able to work well under pressure.
- Capability to drive for results and deliver excellence.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about the luxury industry.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
