Financial Administrator Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to work closely with the Finance Manager in a growing business and take responsibility for various financial tasks.

  • Purchase and Sales ledger management
  • Credit Control and collections
  • Bank Reconciliations and account maintenance
  • VAT returns and compliance
  • Weekly financial reporting and analysis
  • Preparing and filing monthly payroll, pensions, and PAYE
  • Preparing and filing yearly P11ds
  • Completing month and year-end procedures
  • Providing administrative support and answering phone and email inquiries

We are looking for an experienced financial administrator/bookkeeper who is enthusiastic about all aspects of finance and is willing to take on new challenges. This role is office-based, and you will need to have reliable transportation as it is located on the North side of Boston.

  • Financial data entry and management
  • Financial reporting and analysis
  • Banking and cash management
  • VAT and tax compliance
  • Payroll and pension administration

Requirements:

  • Experience in financial administration/bookkeeping
  • Strong financial knowledge and skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
