Position Overview: As a Residential Care Administrator at HC-One, your role will be defined by your exceptional compassion and dedication. Key Responsibilities: You will oversee administrative functions to ensure the smooth operation of our care services. This includes maintaining accurate financial documentation, generating reports, and managing the Time & Attendance system. Your focus will always remain on the well-being of our Residents.

Qualifications: Candidates should possess an IT and Administration qualification, such as ECDL, along with experience in a busy office setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent time management, and organizational skills are essential. Your positive demeanor and ability to connect with others will be crucial in this role.

Safeguarding Responsibilities: Recognizing the signs of potential abuse, harm, or neglect is vital. You will be trained to identify concerns and know the appropriate steps to take, ensuring the safety and well-being of our Residents.
