Job Summary

Care First UK Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced and skilled Registered Manager to lead our 40-bed care home in Boston. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality care services, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the delivery of care services, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and standards.
    • Manage quality assurance processes, resident care, and administrative tasks.
  • Staff Supervision and Development
    • Supervise and provide guidance to care staff, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Resident Care and Well-being
    • Develop and implement care plans for each resident, considering their individual needs and preferences.
    • Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents, addressing any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
  • Business Growth and Development
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, increase occupancy levels, and improve financial performance.
    • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals.

Requirements

  • Nursing home setting experience.
  • NVQ 5 or working towards.
  • Proficient in supervising staff and coordinating care services.
  • Knowledge of medication administration and patient care best practices.
  • Experience in dementia care.
